Return Policy
Please note: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs and any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I Return My Order?
Yes, returns are possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

The order includes all original parts, components, and packaging, as received.

The product has been used normally and shows no damage caused by negligence.

Items for which hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.

The product must have been identified as defective immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.

Returns will be processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this timeframe.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged for reasons beyond our control.
How Do I Return My Order?
If your order meets the conditions above, follow these steps to start the return process:

We will then provide the correct return address. Never send the return to the sender directly—we will provide the proper address. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Rights)
If you are an individual consumer (purchasing for personal, non-commercial purposes), you may have the right to withdraw from the contract under the following terms:

Withdrawal period: 14 days from the day you or a designated third party (not the carrier) received the goods.

Orders are processed immediately due to our automated system, so we cannot cancel the delivery once it is in progress. Refunds cannot be issued upon receipt if the order has already been shipped.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Marigold London with a clear statement (e.g., email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Returns are valid only when we receive the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns for Goods in Transit
Since our products are shipped from Asia, delivery times may be longer and are outside our control. If the goods are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the items, then return them to us. You may notify us in advance about the return.
To ensure the fastest possible refund, please provide confirmation of shipment when returning the goods.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, excluding shipping costs (unless you chose a shipping method more expensive than the standard option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice and the returned goods.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you originally used, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund process.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, at the customer’s expense.
